Free VAT Invoice Generator for Philippines
This free VAT invoice generator is set up for Philippines. It prints the title "Sales Invoice", adds your TIN, applies VAT at 12% and keeps every total exact to the smallest unit of Philippine Peso (PHP). Since the Ease of Paying Taxes Act, the sales invoice is the main proof of a sale in the Philippines, with VAT shown separately at 12%.
Fill in your business, your client and the items; the invoice builds itself beside the form. Each line can carry its own rate, and the totals show the taxable value, each tax line and the grand total, followed by the amount in words. Special cases are covered too (zero-rated (0%) and exempt): pick the treatment and the legal wording is printed for you. Dates follow the local format (26/10/2026).
Nothing you type leaves your computer: drafts, saved clients and your invoice history stay in this browser, and the PDF is created on your device. BIR rules require registered invoices (with an Authority to Print or an accredited system) for official use. Rates were last checked on 2026-10-26; tax rules change, so confirm anything unusual with your tax authority.

Frequently asked questions
What VAT rates can I use for Philippines?
The generator offers 12%. These are starting values last checked on 2026-10-26. Philippine VAT is 12%. Check bir.gov.ph before relying on it.
Do I need my TIN on the invoice?
Yes. A sales invoice should show your TIN. The generator checks the format and warns you if it looks wrong, but never blocks your download.
Can I enter prices that already include tax?
Yes. Choose "Including VAT" and the generator works the tax back out of each price, so the total equals the prices you entered.
Is this a government e-invoice?

Where is my invoice data stored?
Only in your own browser. Nothing is uploaded, and the generator works offline after the first visit.
