By using InvoicesKitPro you agree to these terms. They are short because the service is simple and free.
The service
InvoicesKitPro is a free tool for formatting invoices and similar documents. It is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and may change or stop at any time.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the documents you create, including that the details, tax rates, tax treatment and wording are correct for your business and country. Tax rules change; check them with your tax authority or accountant.
Your data
Your data is stored in your own browser. Keep backups (Export backup on the editor, or Download backup on My invoices) because clearing browser data deletes it.
Acceptable use
Do not use the tool to create false or fraudulent documents, or to impersonate another business.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from using the tool, including tax penalties or lost data.
