Free VAT Invoice Generator for Saudi Arabia

This free VAT invoice generator is set up for Saudi Arabia. It prints the title "Tax Invoice", adds your VAT number, applies VAT at 15% and keeps every total exact to the smallest unit of Saudi Riyal (SAR). VAT-registered businesses in Saudi Arabia must issue ZATCA-compliant e-invoices with a QR code; a PDF still helps for quotes, proformas and drafts.

Fill in your business, your client and the items; the invoice builds itself beside the form. Each line can carry its own rate, and the totals show the taxable value, each tax line and the grand total, followed by the amount in words. Special cases are covered too (zero-rated (0%) and exempt): pick the treatment and the legal wording is printed for you. Dates follow the local format (26/10/2026).

Nothing you type leaves your computer: drafts, saved clients and your invoice history stay in this browser, and the PDF is created on your device. Saudi Arabia requires VAT-registered businesses to issue e-invoices through ZATCA (Fatoora) with a QR code. This tool does not create ZATCA e-invoices. Rates were last checked on 2026-10-26; tax rules change, so confirm anything unusual with your tax authority.

Frequently asked questions

What VAT rates can I use for Saudi Arabia?

The generator offers 15%. These are starting values last checked on 2026-10-26. Saudi VAT is 15%. Check zatca.gov.sa before relying on it.

Do I need my VAT number on the invoice?

Yes. A tax invoice should show your VAT number. The generator checks the format and warns you if it looks wrong, but never blocks your download.

Can I enter prices that already include tax?

Yes. Choose "Including VAT" and the generator works the tax back out of each price, so the total equals the prices you entered.

Is this a government e-invoice?

Saudi Arabia requires VAT-registered businesses to issue e-invoices through ZATCA (Fatoora) with a QR code. This tool does not create ZATCA e-invoices.

Where is my invoice data stored?

Only in your own browser. Nothing is uploaded, and the generator works offline after the first visit.
