Free VAT Invoice Generator for China
This free VAT invoice generator is set up for China. It prints the title "Commercial Invoice", adds your Unified Social Credit Code, applies VAT at 6%, 9% and 13% and keeps every total exact to the smallest unit of Chinese Yuan (CNY). Official VAT invoices in China (fapiao) can only be issued through the government system; exporters still need a commercial invoice for foreign buyers.
Fill in your business, your client and the items; the invoice builds itself beside the form. Each line can carry its own rate, and the totals show the taxable value, each tax line and the grand total, followed by the amount in words. Special cases are covered too (zero-rated (0%) and exempt): pick the treatment and the legal wording is printed for you. Dates follow the local format (2026-10-26).
Nothing you type leaves your computer: drafts, saved clients and your invoice history stay in this browser, and the PDF is created on your device. Official VAT invoices (Fapiao) are issued only through China’s government tax system. This is a commercial invoice, not a Fapiao. Rates were last checked on 2026-10-26; tax rules change, so confirm anything unusual with your tax authority.
